Collecting waste materials is a vital
first step, but it is not the full story when it
comes to recycling. We have to then 'close the loop'
of production and consumption:
Production (A) and product use (B)
both generate 'waste' (C) which can be reprocessed
(D) and used as material (E) for further production
(A).
